Alaska Day 2

 Headed to Willow Creek.  Lots of people, but no catching happening.  A group at the end of the walkway said they could see fish.  I tried wading out into the creek, but nothing.

Went to Montana creek.  Struggled to get 1 Pink.  Then I saw a swirl about 200m upstream.  I waded up and found a pod of freshish chum -- so many fish!

Alaska Day 1

 A shopping day.  Got a tent, sleeping bag, mat, clothes, licence, etc. etc.

 Flew to Anchorage.

Alaska Day -1

 Left Hobart and arrived in Sydney (stayed at Elizabeths over night).

An Attempt at Bronte

 With Cass.  Several swirls.  One hit for Cass.  But no fish.  But a fantastic day.

Another year, another trip with Cass

 No fish.  Saw cormorants, which explains the lack of fish.  Saw 3 platypus.

A Sneak after Parent Duties

 Went to Bellerive.  Got two slimey mackerel.

Teaching Timmy

 Landed 1, and lost 2.  Timmy was a natural.

A free day!

 I had a free day -- which I spent cleaning, doing laundry, etc.  But at 3:00 I decided to head to the Tyenna.  Two nice fish -- a bit over 0.5kg.

Teaching Cass

 Took Cass to the Tyenna to teach her how to fly fish.  The day was successful, with a trout caught, a platypus spotted, and blackberries picked.
