Snuck Out

Got in a morning on the Tyenna.  The river was high -- almost 300.  But I did see two platypus at once, and had one swim under my legs while I was sitting on a log!

No fish, but a fun day.

Steve Visit - Day 2 - Tyenna

The long planned visit by Steve finally happened.  3 days at Bronte, Tyenna, and the Huon.

Steve Visit - Day 1 - Bronte

Camped at Bronte overnight, and then fished to top end.  Caught 3.  The first was on a caddis, but then Steve started catching them on grasshoppers with a slow retrieve -- I caught 2 using that technique.

Gurnard!

Took Fabi and Alisia out in the dingy.  Lots of flathead.  Alisia lost a salmon.  And Fabi had an epic battle with a gurnard.

A morning session

Got 2.  Wasn't really in the mood.

Fishing was tough.  Got 1.

Two trips - Teaching Lindsay, and the Teaching Fabi and Alisia

Conningham in the morning with Lindsay and Elizabeth.  Lindsay caught his first flathead.

Then in the afternoon to Alisia and Fabi to the Tyenna.  Alisia caught 3 -- no luck for fabi!
