Shadow Lake

 Hiked in with Martha, Cass, and Mike.  Fished hard for 2 days and didnt see a fish!

Another drowned rat experience

Took Martha out.  The heavens opened.  She caught a snag, that turned out to be a fish.  We bailed, got her a warm coffee at the café and came home.

Lake Skinner

Lake Skinner was still open.

1 1/2 hours walk in on a muddy uphill track was no fun.  Got a fantastic fish on the 4th cast.  No response after that, and it got really cold, so quit after 2 hours.

Went to Bronte.  Lost a nice one.  Landed a small one.  A good take was missed as well.
