Another year, another trip with Cass

 No fish.  Saw cormorants, which explains the lack of fish.  Saw 3 platypus.

Teaching Timmy

 Landed 1, and lost 2.  Timmy was a natural.

A free day!

 I had a free day -- which I spent cleaning, doing laundry, etc.  But at 3:00 I decided to head to the Tyenna.  Two nice fish -- a bit over 0.5kg.

Teaching Cass

 Took Cass to the Tyenna to teach her how to fly fish.  The day was successful, with a trout caught, a platypus spotted, and blackberries picked.

Teaching Eva

 Taught Eva to flyfish.  She had a fish on, but it got off.  But we ate cherries!

Skunked -- didnt even see a fish.

Finally got out

12, none of any size.  Left at noon.  Lots of platypus.

Tried my new French Nymph rig.  Got 2, but then was called home to sit with mom.
