With Rob, Callum, and Alex

Tally for the day:

• 3 McDonalds breakfast meals ordered (Callum had already eaten breakfast)
• 1 fish lost at the net
• 1 fish lost after I hooked it and handed the rod to Callum
• 1 fish not hooked correctly when Callum tried to cast, only to discover something had eaten his fly
• Multiple stonkers seen
• 1 platypus seen
• 4 pancakes eaten (at the Salmon Farms)
• 4 punnets of berries bought

Overall -- a fantastic day.

Kelso

Thousands of toadfish swimming around.  One little flathead that pursued the fly.

The usual

7, plus 2x 5lb lost.

Bronte Trip

Left on the 5th for 6 days of fishing. Set up the tent.
Then the heavens opened.
Had to buy Alex a warm hat.
finally some good fishing weather.

But Alex was tired, cold, and wanted to sleep in his own bed. So we went home on day 3. I must admit I wasn't too upset!!!!

New Years Day

Bead-head chocolate nymph, size 12 was what they wanted. Got 7 brown trout, to 16".

The Usual

Seven for the day. Lost one nice fish. Others all about 12" or less.

Arthurs with Cameron

As usual for a trip with Cameron, no fish. He catches tons when I'm not around, so it must be me!!!! I used the floatcat. Cameron used his fishing kayak.
